Manpower Ticino is currentluy seeking a Category Buyer on behalf of a valued client operating in the industrial technology sector. The company is an international and fast-growing organization that develops and delivers innovative solutions for critical infrastructure markets. As part of its growth strategy, it is looking to strengthen its procurement team with an experienced professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing activities for an assigned category of technical components and materials.

-
Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and supply continuity.

-
Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance.

-
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to support business needs.

-
Monitor inventory, lead times, and procurement KPIs.

-
Ensure ERP data accuracy and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

-
Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or technical procurement within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

-
Knowledge of technical, electrical, electronic, or industrial components.

-
Experience working with ERP systems and supplier management.

-
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

-
Ability to manage priorities autonomously and work cross-functionally.

-
Fluent English (minimum B2); Italian is an asset.

-
EU/Swiss work eligibility.
