We are currently recruiting a Digital Campaign Junior Specialist on behalf of an international client operating in an excellent and highly structured professional environment. The position is full-time and offered through a direct employment contract for a duration of 12 months, with strong potential for permanent placement. The role is based in Lugano.

The selected candidate will support the execution, management, and analysis of digital communication campaigns, contributing to the operational delivery of email and multi-channel initiatives. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency, timely execution, and data-driven optimisation.
Main responsibilities
- Building, managing, and optimising email campaigns using Marketing Cloud
- Maintaining and updating contact databases in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, including segmentation activities
- Coordinating with internal content owners and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Managing and maintaining the campaign calendar and communication schedule
- Supporting performance analysis and reporting of campaign results
- Assisting with A/B testing activities to improve campaign effectiveness
- Providing support to social media and paid media campaign activities Profile requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field (e.g. IT or digital disciplines)
- Solid experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Good knowledge of SQL
- HTML knowledge considered an advantage
- Exposure to API, AMPscript, and SSJS is a plus
- Knowledge of Power BI is an additional asset
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and structured working approach
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and audience segmentation Languages
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Additional languages are considered an advantage Soft skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proactive and self-driven approach
- Team-oriented mindset and good collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and consistency
- Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments
