Are you a highly professional, discreet, and internationally minded Executive Personal Assistant looking for a unique opportunity?
Our client is seeking a trusted Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in a demanding international environment. This role offers significant responsibility, exposure to high-level business activities, and worldwide travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate international business trips and logistics
- Accompany the executive on worldwide travel when required
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
- Act as a key point of contact with international stakeholders
- Provide administrative and personal support at the highest level
Requirements:
- Fluent German, English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Additional languages such as Chinese, Italian, and/or French are highly valued
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
- Strong sense of diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism
- Independent, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
